2013 I9 Form
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services issued a new Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
This new form has several new feature and it is recommended that all 9 pages are provided to newly hired employees.
All employers have 60 days from March 8, 2013 in order to implement the use of the new Form I-9.
2013 Pubs 15 (Circular E), 15-A, and 15-B Are Available
The IRS has issued the following for use in 2013: Publication 15, Circular E, Employer’s Tax Guide (contains 2013 wage-bracket tables), Publication 15-A, Employer’s Supplemental Tax Guide, and Publication 15-B, Employer’s Tax Guide to Fringe Benefits.
